According to Euroabstracts, the European Commission's Sixth Research Framework Programme magazine, a European Commission Joint Research Centre report analyzes the impacts of information and communication technologies (ICT) in terms of emerging trends in social and organizational practices, their effects of the e-society on transport and mobility, proposed policies necessary to adapt to changing needs, and areas where additional research is required.
