A U.S. Federal Highway Administration report designed to provide transportation agencies and road safety audit (RSA) teams with a better understanding of the needs of pedestrians of all abilities when conducting an RSA is now available. The report includes a broad overview of the RSA process and how pedestrians should be considered in that process.
