TRB’s National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) Web-Only Document 103 is the final report and user’s guide for a prototype environmental information management software developed to help support environmental management for transportation and planning agencies. Descriptions of the efforts to design, test, and demonstrate a prototype software were published as NCHRP Research Results Digest 317.
